Due to the custom nature of these products, personalized items and special-order items with a stated lead time are final sale and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.
Please carefully review all personalization details before submitting your order, including:

- Dates
- Messages or inscriptions
- Spelling
- Requested personalization style
Once a personalized order has been placed, it cannot be changed or canceled.
